A personal minding, its a kind of reminder. As spoken word can not be undone, the idea must be followed by the action. The idea influences the action, and the action describe you. I heard something interesting, the quote is not exact. "The tiger must be hunted in your mind, to pull the trigger is just formality." I think it's about the connection of your mind and your movements, about the importance of our decisions.
